Men's Work is not therapy. It's about learning through community development and participation. It's a space for men to come together, be honest, and practice something many of us were never shown: knowing ourselves more deeply, and bringing that awareness into how we live and love.

Through workshops and ongoing circles, we explore the practical skills of self-awareness: understanding your nervous system, working with anger and other strong emotions, and finding language for experiences that have often gone unnamed. With this understanding we can normalise experience and develop better narratives and means to work with these realities. Just as importantly, we build connection with other men who are also doing the work of showing up differently.

This is about supporting your relationship with yourself, and the relationships that matter to you. No fixing, no pressure to perform. Just a community of men learning to live more honestly, together.

Men’s Work

Nervous System Understanding and Regulation (One Day Workshop): Anxiety, overwhelm, shutting down, snapping at the people you love — most of what we struggle with runs through the body long before we have words for it. In this one-day workshop, you'll learn how your nervous system actually works: why you react the way you do under stress, and what's happening in you during moments of distress. More than theory, you'll leave with practical tools to regulate yourself in real time — so that instead of being swept along by your reactions, you can meet difficulty with steadiness, at home, at work, and within yourself.

Understanding and Working with Anger (One Day Workshop): Most of us were never shown what a healthy relationship with anger looks like. We swallowed it until it leaked out sideways, or let it erupt and lived with the damage. But anger itself isn't the problem — it's vital energy, telling you when something matters and when a boundary has been crossed. In this one-day workshop we explore what anger is, why you have it, how it shows up in your life and relationships, and how to work with it rather than against it — so it becomes a source of strength and clarity instead of regret.

Men’s sharing circle (ongoing): Current cultural narrative implicitly tell men to carry it alone. The sharing circle offers something needed: a regular space to be heard and witnessed by other men, without advice, judgement, or the pressure to have it together. As trust builds over time, so does a genuine sense of community and connection with other men navigating life's challenges alongside you. Intentionally low-cost so that showing up isn't a financial decision.
